The Varsity Room
The views from our 6th floor Varsity Room are truly something to see. This room features one-story ceilings and an all-glass wall to the west, where sunsets over The Great Salt Lake wow our guests nightly. Like the Scholarship Room, a catering kitchen flanks the event space, with restrooms and coat racks on each side. Host up to 800 guests in the space that is completely customizable to suit your needs.
