Guests can purchase tickets to events at utahtickets.com, by calling the box office at 801-581-UTIX (8849) or by visiting the ticket offices at Rice-Eccles Stadium and the Huntsman Center.
Rice-Eccles Box Office: Located southwest of the tower in the Gallery Building. Open Monday-Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. During home football games, ticket windows will remain open through the first half.
Huntsman Center Box Office: Located on the southeast side of the building. On home game days, ticket windows will remain open through the first half of the game.

Standing or sitting in the aisles or stairs is not permitted. Guests will be asked to return to their seats.

Alcohol is not permitted in Rice-Eccles Stadium or in the Jon M. Huntsman Center. Any guests found with alcoholic beverages will be escorted out of the venue.

Certified service animals or service animals in training are welcome in both the stadium and arena. Any exceptions will be made at the discretion and authorization of venue management. Must have documentation present for certified service animals to be admitted to the stadium.

Players often sign autographs after games when time and NCAA regulations permit. However, because each player’s routine may vary, we cannot guarantee autograph opportunities.

Baby changing stations are available in all men’s and women’s restrooms in Rice-Eccles Stadium. All women’s restrooms at the Jon M. Huntsman Center have changing stations as well as select men’s restrooms.

UTAH ATHLETIC EVENTS (FOOTBALL, BASKETBALL, GYMNASTICS, ETC.)
Both Rice-Eccles Stadium and the Huntsman Center enforce the clear bag policy for Utah athletic events. Fans may bring in one clear bag no larger than 12"x 12"x 6" or a 1-gallon plastic storage bag. Fans are limited to one clear bag per person, along with a small clutch or purse for privacy.
NON-UTAH ATHLETIC EVENTS (CONCERTS, SUPERCROSS, ETC.)
No bags, purses or backpacks are allowed in either Rice-Eccles Stadium or the Huntsman Center. Fans can bring a small clutch for privacy (no larger than 6.5″ x 4.5″). Diaper bags are permitted but are subject to search. Guests must have the infant(s) for which the bag is being carried present when the bag is searched. Bags for medical supplies are also permitted.

Bicycle stands located at various locations around the stadium and arena are available for use by guests. Visit the Campus Map to find the nearest bicycle rack. Guests leave bikes at their own risk.

Personal still and video cameras are not allowed in either the stadium or arena. Phone cameras will be permitted, however, Rice-Eccles Stadium and the Jon M. Huntsman Center reserve the right to ask guests to discontinue filming or taking photos on facility property.
Guests are asked to avoid standing in aisles while using phone cameras and to keep the flash mode turned off when taking pictures or videos of any Athletics events held in the Jon M. Huntsman Center.
Video and photography of Rice-Eccles Stadium or the Jon M. Huntsman Center and events held therein cannot be used commercially without written permission from the venue and the event promoter.
You agree as condition of admission that you will not stream gameplay and will not use any images (e.g., photographs or videos) you may take of Rice-Eccles Stadium, the Jon M. Huntsman Center, players, performers or others affiliated with events held therein, for commercial purposes without written permission from the University of Utah and the event promoter. You further agree to abide by all additional requests made regarding photographs on an event-by-event basis, such as no photography at all.

To reduce touchpoints and increase efficiency with concessions sales, Rice-Eccles Stadium will no longer accept cash as a method of payment. All sales will be completed using credit/debit cards or an applicable phone payment app.
Therefore, all ATMs have been removed from the Rice-Eccles Stadium and the Jon M. Huntsman Center.
If you'd like to convert your cash to a card for use inside Rice-Eccles Stadium, visit one of our cash-to-card kiosks located by Guest Services on the east and west sides of the concourse.

Guests are welcome to use cellphones in the stadium and arena provided their use does not disturb other guests.

Chair seats are available for rent on game day at $10 each in Rice-Eccles Stadium, at the northwest and southeast corners of the stadium concourse. Season ticket holders may visit www.uteseats.com to have stadium chairs placed at their seats for the entire season.
Personal chair seats may be brought into the stadium, but must be less than 18 inches in width.
All seats in the Jon M. Huntsman Center are box seats.

Children under the age of 3 may be admitted without a ticket, provided they are accompanied by an adult. Children must sit in the lap of the accompanying adult and not occupy an additional seat. Children attending events must be supervised at all times.
A child who has become separated from his or her party should proceed to the closest guest services center.

Closed captioning is provided on the center screen display in the Huntsman Center and on the main south scoreboard in Rice-Eccles Stadium.

Rice-Eccles Stadium features various food options including traditional concession stands, portable concession stands, and the East Eats food truck alley.

As of January 21, 2022, guests are not required to wear masks or show proof of vaccination to attend events at Rice-Eccles Stadium and Jon M. Huntsman Center.
COVID-19 guidelines are subject to change based on the government mandates and public health restrictions.

Drones are not allowed inside Rice-Eccles Stadium per FAA regulation and campus policy. NOTAM 4/3621 restricts the use of aircraft, including drones, within 3 nautical mile radius and 3,000 feet in altitude above events at stadiums with a capacity of more than 30,000 persons.

Only those guests with valid tickets or credentials are permitted into Rice-Eccles Stadium and the Huntsman Center. Both venues enforce a strict no re-entry policy. For special cases, please see guest services located at Portal 18 in the Huntsman Center and at Portals 12 and 36 in Rice-Eccles Stadium.

Patrons to Rice-Eccles Stadium and the Jon M. Huntsman Center can opt-in via text message (SMS) on their mobile phones to receive emergency alerts while at the venue. Emergency alerts may include protective actions and updates for severe weather or other hazards and threats. Your mobile number will be added to a distribution list for the event. Alerts will come from one of several short codes (226787, 67283, 78015 or 81437). To opt-in to patron alerts at the stadium or arena, send the message "UUTAH" to 78015. If you want to stop receiving these messages, send STOP to 78015. Your number will be removed after the event, so be sure to sign up when you come back again!

Anyone who engages in unsafe or inappropriate conduct will be removed from the premises, may lose all privileges and access for future events held at Rice-Eccles Stadium and the Huntsman Center and could be reported to law enforcement.
We encourage all of you to help us identify and call-out inappropriate behavior so that our event staff can ensure a safe and great experience for our student-athletes, coaches, staff and spectators. If you see something, say something!

First aid stations with trained medical personnel are located throughout Rice-Eccles Stadium and the Huntsman Center during all events.

No outside food or drink is allowed in the stadium or arena with the exception of one factory-sealed plastic bottle of water per person, sized 1 liter or less. Guests with disabilities may bring factory-sealed plastic or paper containers that contain liquids required for medical reasons.
One factory-sealed bottle of water per person (1 liter or less), is permitted in the stadium and arena. Bottled water may not be frozen. In an effort to be sustainable, empty personal water bottles (1 liter or less) will be permitted. Glass water bottles will not be permitted. Bottle-filling stations can be found throughout the concourses at Rice-Eccles Stadium and the Huntsman Center. Guests with disabilities may bring factory-sealed plastic or paper containers that contain liquids required for medical reasons.

Nursing mothers in need of private accommodations are welcome to use the single-use restrooms or guest services rooms in the stadium and arena. If a situation arises where the nursing mother or child experience any difficulties or insensitive treatment, they many contact a guest services team member or security immediately.

The public address system may not be used for paging guests. In the event of a medical emergency or under special circumstances, consideration will be given to using a general page.

It is recommended that you carpool or use public transit options to both the stadium and arena. All athletic event tickets double as passes on any UTA vehicle the day of game or event, when riders enjoy free access to and from the stadium and arena. For Rice-Eccles Stadium, use the Stadium TRAX station (located directly west of the stadium). For the Jon M. Huntsman Center, use the South Campus TRAX stop (located southwest of the arena).
Rice-Eccles Stadium has designated rideshare pick up locations. Lyft will pick up on 500 South just southwest of the stadium. All other rideshares will pick up on 1300 East starting by the S.J. Quinney College of Law and stretching to Presidents Circle.

The sale of food or merchandise on campus, whether on game day or any other day, is permitted only through contractual agreement with the university. The sale of Utah-branded goods by non-affiliated persons or entities is strictly prohibited. Sellers of such items are subject to dismissal from campus property, a cease-and-desist notice for the continued production of counterfeit goods, seizure of such goods and possible litigation for trademark infringement.

The stadium and arena and their contracted service partners welcome guests to show their enthusiasm at events through the use of signs and banners, subject to the following rules:
Signs, banners, and flags must:
- Be of a size equal to or smaller than 4 feet by 8 feet
- Be positive in nature for a family-friendly environment
- Not be placed in any area of the playing field or over seat railing
Signs, banners, and flags cannot:
- Be placed in any area of the playing field or over seat railing
- Obstruct any advertising signage
- Obstruct other guests' view
- Be displayed during play

Guests are prohibited from distributing banners, booklets, business cards, circulars, commercial advertising, flyers, folders, handbills, leaflets, notices, pamphlets, posters, stickers or any other written, printed and/or painted material without written permission from stadium and arena management.

Lost, Stolen, Left at Home or Destroyed Tickets –
Rice-Eccles Stadium and the Huntsman Center are not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed or forgotten tickets and tickets will not be replaced free of charge. A police report is required to verify stolen tickets.
Replacement Tickets –
Replacement tickets can be obtained at the ticket office by the ordering customer with a photo ID. We recommend that customers arrive one to two hours before the event to resolve any replacement ticket issues.
Season Tickets –
Season tickets for all University of Utah Football, Men’s and Women’s Basketball, Volleyball and Gymnastics can be purchased through UtahTickets.com.

Chewing tobacco is not permitted in Rice-Eccles Stadium or the Huntsman Center.
The University of Utah is a smoke-free campus. E-Cigarettes are not allowed in the Huntsman Center or Rice-Eccles Stadium.
In accordance with the university’s effort to promote a healthy, tobacco-free environment for our students, staff, faculty and visitors, the stadium and arena do not provide smoking areas. Both the stadium and arena enforce a no re-entry policy. Hand stamps, wrist bands or other re-entry mechanisms will not be available.

Rice-Eccles and the Huntsman Center have a limited number of wheelchairs available to assist guests to and from their seats. If wheelchair service is needed to transport a guest to a seat location and back to one of the gates at the conclusion of an event, please notify a guest services team member. Due to the limited number of wheelchairs, these may only be used to transport guests to and from their seats and cannot be rented or borrowed to utilize during the game or event. Please be aware that wheelchairs are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

As of August 29th, 2024, Rice-Eccles Stadium now has an in-stadium Wi-Fi network that is available at all stadium events. To connect to the Wi-Fi network, open your device’s Wi-Fi settings, select the network named “RiceEcclesWiFi,” and follow the prompts. No password is required.

For most events there is a large amount of will-call tickets. To alleviate long lines on the day of the event, we ask that you pick up any will-call tickets ahead of time. If you must pick up tickets on the day of the event, we ask that you arrive two hours early.
Will-call locations and hours may vary for each event. All tickets ordered online or over the phone on Monday after 12 p.m. the week of the event will be placed in Will Call.
Rice-Eccles Stadium Events: Will Call is located at the Ticket Office at the southwest corner of the stadium complex. Will-call windows will close at halftime for all games. All tickets must be picked up prior to halftime.
Jon M. Huntsman Center Events: Will-call tickets can be picked up at the Huntsman Center Ticket Office, located on the southeast side of the building, on game days only. For early pick up, visit the Ticket Office on the southwest side of Rice-Eccles Stadium.
